How do I see the calls on my routes?#
- Go to Logs → CDR (Voice).
- Enter a Prefix to match the called number (CLD), or leave it empty for all calls.
- Under Show Calls, choose Successful, Failed or All.
- Set From Date and To Date. The page opens with the last 24 hours and successful calls.
- Click Search. Clear empties the filters.
You'll see the matching calls under Call Records, 100 per page. Each call shows the Route, CLD (hover it for an HLR lookup), CLI, Country [Description], Billed duration, Date, Amount, Buyer (a link to the buyer's profile), Disconnect Reason and SIP Code. Calls to your DIDs show Inbound instead of a route name. To save every matching call, not just the current page, click Download (the button shows how many CDRs it will download). You get cdrs.csv with Route, CLD, CLI, Country, Description, Duration, Buyer, Billed Duration, Amount, Setup Time, Connect Time, Disconnect Time, SIP Call-Id, Disconnect Reason and SIP Code.
SMS traffic is under Logs → SDR (SMS), the SMS Detail Records page. It shows your account's SMPP Rate Limit, filters by CLD (Destination Number), Status (Sent by default, Any or Failed) and dates, lists each message with its buyer, route, amount, delivery status and time, and downloads as sms.csv. The page is described in Sell SMS routes.
How do I watch live traffic?#
- Click Live Calls in the menu. The heading shows Total, Connected and Routing counts.
- To narrow the list, enter a Prefix or choose a Call Type: Connected, Routing or All, and click Search.
The Call List shows each call in progress on your routes: Buyer, Route, CLD, CLI, Country, Description, Setup Time, Connect Time, Status, Duration, Authorized Amount, Route Type and Command. Calls to your DIDs show Inbound as the route and DID as the type. Switch between list, card and cover-flow views with the buttons above the list; the page refreshes every 25 seconds. Download N Live Calls saves the list as live_calls.csv. To end a call, click DISCONNECT in its Command column. You'll see "Disconnect command was successfull" or "Disconnect command has failed".
Where are daily statistics?#
- Go to Logs → Call Stats (Voice).
- On the Statistics & Reports calendar, pick the month and click a day's CDRS or STATS link to download it. Today jumps to the current month, and View Live CDRs opens CDR (Voice).
Each day has two files, generated at midnight UTC: cdrs-daily-YYYY-MM-DD.csv.zip with the day's calls and daily-YYYY-MM-DD.csv.zip with totals per destination. On Mondays, cdrs-weekly-… and weekly-… files for the previous 7 days are added too. To get the files by email instead, turn on Send Daily Statistics Email in your preferences: you'll receive "Seller's Daily CDR Report" and "Seller's Daily Statistics File" every day (and the weekly files on Mondays).
How do I change my preferences?#
- Go to Settings → Profile & Preferences.
- Change the settings you need (see the table below).
- Click Update Preferences.
You'll see "Your profile has been updated."
| Section | What you can set |
|---|---|
| Profile Image | Upload New Photo: your logo, PNG only, 278×278 px recommended. Buyers see it on your seller profile and with your messages. Until you upload one, your avatar is the first letter of your login. |
| Login Settings | New Password and Confirm Password (at least 8 characters; leave both empty to keep your password), Enable Two-Step Verification and Login Timeout (minutes): minutes of inactivity before you're signed out, 0 for never. Login Username, Email Address and SMS Phone are shown but can't be edited. |
| System Settings | Send Daily Statistics Email, Email Weekly Top 20 Destinations, Payout Method, API Key (with Regenerate), Allow API Access and Short Company Bio (up to 150 characters, shown in Market View). |
| Company Profile | Company Name, Salutation, First Name, Last Name, Address, Phone, Public Email, NOC Email (each can hold several addresses separated by commas) and Skype ID. |
When you change your Public Email or NOC Email, TelecomsXchange sends a "TCXC Email change notification" to your account email showing the previous and new addresses.
Clicking Regenerate replaces your API key at once, without Update Preferences. Turn on Allow API Access to use it; see the seller API.
Only the main user can upload a photo or change Login Timeout (minutes); web users see only the password and two-step verification fields in Login Settings. Payout Method can be changed by the main user and by web users with the finance role.
Tip
Turn on Email Weekly Top 20 Destinations. Every week you get "TOP 20 countries VOIP traffic" with TCXC_Top_20_<date>.csv attached: the countries with the most voice traffic on TelecomsXchange over the last 7 days, with Country, Description, Prefix, Type, Volume and Price. It shows where new routes are likely to sell.
How do I add team members?#
Go to Settings → Web Users (main user only) to invite team members with their own login. A user with the Finance role can request withdrawals and edit the payout method, and does not see My Routes. Roles, invitations and the Logs → Web Access page are covered in Web users and access logs.
