Your seller balance grows as buyers use your routes and numbers. You can withdraw it at any time.
Before you start#
- Add your bank or payment details under Payout Method in Settings → Profile & Preferences. Finance uses them to send your money. Only the main user or a web user with the finance role can do this.
How do I request a payout?#
- Go to Money → Withdraw Funds.
- Under Delivery Type, choose how you want to be paid. For US Bank Transfer, also choose a Delivery Speed (fees in the table below).
- Enter the Amount (USD). It starts out as your full balance. For PayPal, also enter your PayPal ID. For a buyer account, start typing the buyer login in Buyer Account and pick the account from the list (it appears as
BUYERLOGIN-ACCOUNTNAME). - Check the Request Summary: it shows the amount, the delivery method, the fee and what you'll receive.
- Click Send Payout Request and click OK in the "Are you sure you want to submit this payout request?" dialog.
You'll see "Thank you! Your payout request has been received. Kindly send an invoice with requested payout amount to billing@telecomsxchange.com". Email that invoice; finance needs it to release the money.
The fee is taken from your balance as soon as you send the request. A transfer to a TCXC buyer account completes instantly; the buyer account must use its own balance, not a parent balance. Other requests go to TelecomsXchange finance, who send the money and update the status.
These are the delivery options and what TelecomsXchange charges for each:
| Delivery type | Speed | Fee |
|---|---|---|
| US Bank Transfer | 3 Business Days ACH | $0 |
| US Bank Transfer | Next Business Day ACH | $15 |
| US Bank Transfer | Same Business Day Wire | $25 |
| International Wire | $45 | |
| PayPal | Shown as "Fee varies": TelecomsXchange deducts nothing, PayPal may charge its own fee | |
| TCXC Buyer Account | Instant | $5 |
Tip
If you also buy traffic, move money to your own buyer account. It arrives instantly and costs $5.
What if something goes wrong?#
| You see | What to do |
|---|---|
| Please enter a valid amount greater than $0. | Type an amount above zero before you send. |
| The amount + fee can not be higher than balance | Request a smaller amount, so the amount plus the fee fits within your balance. |
| You do not have enough funds to rise such a request | Your balance doesn't cover the fee for this delivery type yet. Wait for more traffic, or pick a cheaper option. |
| Please specify valid Paypal id | Enter the email or ID of your PayPal account. |
| Please specify valid buyer account in format BUYERLOGIN-BUYERACCOUNTNAME | Pick the account from the suggestions. Only accounts with their own balance are listed. |
Where do I see my payouts?#
- Recent Payout Requests at the bottom of the Withdraw Funds page shows each request with its status, Created date and a Details link to the message thread. A new request shows New; finance then moves it to In Review, Pending, Completed or Rejected.
- Money → Payout History lists every transaction on your seller balance, not only payouts: payout fees appear as their own lines ("USA ACH 1 business day payout request fee", "International payout request fee", "TCXC Buyer Account payout fee"), a buyer-account transfer as "Payout to TCXC Buyer Account", and you'll also see anonymous route and DID fees and your DID earnings. The page shows the last 24 hours by default; filter by Amount, Notes Search, From Date and To Date, click Search (Reset clears the filters), and click Download N Entries to save
payouthistory.csvwith Date, Amount, Notes and Currency. Clicking your balance in the top bar opens this page. - The Dashboard shows your last payout amount and date.
