Every call you send leaves a record you can search, download and reconcile. You can also watch calls while they happen and get a file of each day's traffic.

How do I find a call in the CDRs?#

  1. Go to Logs → CDR (Voice).
  2. In Prefix, enter the dialed number or its first digits, if you need to.
  3. Choose the Call Status: All Calls, Successful Only or Failed Only. The page opens on Successful Only.
  4. Set From Date and To Date. By default the page shows the last 24 hours.
  5. Click Search CDRs. Clear Filters takes you back to the defaults.
Call Detail Records with search filters and the list of calls

You'll see each call's Account, CLD (dialed number), CLI (caller ID), Destination (country and description), Duration, Date, Amount, Rate, Seller, Route, Disconnect Reason and SIP Code.

  • Duration is the billed duration, rounded up to the route's billing interval, not the time the call was connected.
  • Rate is the per-minute price after the first interval; hover over it to see First and Next prices.
  • Seller links to the seller's profile. Routes sold anonymously show Anonymous; clicking it opens a message to the seller.
  • Calls received on your virtual numbers show Inbound as the route.

Hover over a CLD and click HLR Lookup: to check whether that number is live and which network it belongs to. See HLR lookup.

Tip

Failed calls are as useful as answered ones. The SIP Code and Disconnect Reason tell you whether the destination was busy (486), not found (404) or rejected by the route.

How do I download my CDRs?#

  1. Search for the calls you need, as above. The button only appears when the search found records.
  2. Click Download N CDRs.

You get a cdrs.csv file with these columns: Account, CLD, CLI, Country, Description, Duration, Seller, Route, Billed Duration, Amount, Billing Price 1, Billing Price N, Setup Time, Connect Time, Disconnect Time, SIP Call-Id, Disconnect Reason and SIP Code.

How do I see calls happening right now?#

  1. Click Live Calls in the menu.
  2. To narrow the list, enter a Prefix or choose a Call Type: All Calls, Connected Only or Routing Only.
  3. Click Search Calls. Clear Filters shows everything again.
Live Calls with the Total, Connected and Routing counts and each active call's account, numbers, times, status, duration, seller and route

You'll see the Total Calls, Connected and Routing counts, and each call's Account, CLD, CLI, Country, Description, Setup Time, Connect Time, Status, Duration, Seller and Route. The route shows a type badge (CLI, NON-CLI, TDM); calls arriving on your virtual numbers show Inbound with a DID badge. A call that is still Routing shows - as its duration.

The page refreshes every 60 seconds. You can switch between List, Card and Cover Flow views, and click Download N Calls to save the list as live_calls.csv (Account, CLD, CLI, Country, Description, Seller, Route, Type, Authorized Amount, Authorized Duration, Setup Time, Connect Time, SIP Call-Id).

To end a call, click DISCONNECT in its Command column. You'll see "Disconnect command was successfull" when it worked.

How do I get daily statistics?#

  1. Go to Logs → Calls Stats (Voice). The page is titled Statistics & Reports.
  2. Under Select Date for CDR Download, find the day in the calendar. Use the month and year dropdowns or Today to move around.
  3. Click CDRS for that day's call records or STATS for its statistics file.

Files are built at midnight UTC for the previous day and are zipped CSV files:

  • CDRS (cdrs-daily-YYYY-MM-DD.csv.zip): every call of the day, failed calls included, with Country, Description, Account, CLD, CLI, SIP call_id, Duration, Billed Duration, Connect Time, Prefix, Price1, PriceN, Interval1, IntervalN, Amount, Partner, Route and Disconnect Code.
  • STATS (daily-YYYY-MM-DD.csv.zip): one row per prefix and route with Duration (min), Successful Calls, Amount, Failed Calls, ASR (%) and ACD (sec), a SUBTOTAL row per seller route and a TOTAL row at the end.

Every Monday the same two files are also built for the previous seven days (cdrs-weekly-… and weekly-…). They appear in the first column of the calendar row.

View Live CDRs at the top of the page takes you back to the searchable CDR list.

To get the files by email instead, turn on Send Daily Statistics Email in Settings → Profile & Preferences. Each day you receive "Buyer's Daily CDR Report" and "Buyer's Daily Statistics File" with the files attached; on Mondays you receive the weekly pair as well, so four emails in all.

Where are SMS and IoT logs?#

  • Logs → SDR (SMS): your SMS delivery records, with the sender-ID settings for your SMPP accounts. See send SMS.
  • Logs → IDR (MQTT): the messages your IoT accounts published and received. See IoT and MQTT.
  • Logs → Web Access: who logged in to your account and when (main user only).

What if something goes wrong?#
