How do I sign in as a buyer?#

The portal's login page shows two panels side by side: Buyer Login ("Access your buyer dashboard and manage routes") and Seller Login.

  1. In the Buyer Login panel, enter your Username and Password.
  2. Click Sign In as Buyer.
The Buyer Account login page with the Buyer Login and Password fields

You'll land on the Dashboard. If two-step verification is on, you'll see the SMS verification step first.

No account yet? Click Create a Buyer Account → to sign up on the TelecomsXchange website. If you open the buyer-only login page instead (Buyer Login and Password fields), Login as Seller under "Looking for a different account type?" takes you to the seller login.

Team members you've invited as web users sign in on the same form with their own username and password. See invite your team.

Tip

Give each team member their own login under Settings → Web Users (only the main user sees this menu), so nobody shares the main password.

How do I protect my login with SMS verification?#

  1. Go to Settings → Profile & Preferences.
  2. Tick Enable Two-Step Verification and click Update Preferences.

The next time you sign in, an SMS verification step follows your password:

  1. Wait for the SMS "Your TCXC code is:NNNN" with a 4-digit code. It goes to the SMS phone number on file. If there is no number on file, enter your number in international format (for example +18001234567) and click SEND SMS; that number is saved to your profile.
  2. Type the code into Enter OTP.
  3. Click Verify.

Your browser is remembered for 7 days, so you aren't asked for a code on every visit. More than 4 wrong codes block your web login. Email support@telecomsxchange.com to unblock it.

How long does my session last?#

Login Timeout (minutes) in Settings → Profile & Preferences is an idle timer: if you don't open a page for that many minutes, the portal logs you out and shows the login page again. Set it to 0 to stay signed in until you click Logout. Web users share the main account's timeout.

How do I reset a forgotten password?#

You need an SMS phone number on your profile for this. Web users can reset their own password the same way.

  1. On the login page, click Forgot your password? in the Buyer Login panel.
  2. Enter your Email or Login and click Continue to Next Step.
  3. Enter your registered Phone Number and click Send Verification Code.
  4. Type the 4-character code from the SMS ("TCXC verification code is:…") into Verification Code and click Verify & Reset Password. You'll see "Recovery email has been sent".
  5. Open the TCXC PASSWORD RECOVERY email and click the link in it.

You'll see Password Reset Complete with Your Login and Your New Password (8 random characters). Save the password, then click Go to Login Page. You can recover a password once every 24 hours. ← Back to Login on any recovery step returns you to the login page.
